It takes time to cook and eat clean! Often times choosing what to eat for dinner is the hardest part - but then there’s the shopping (in a pandemic), cutting, chopping, cooking, and clean-up!! Let me take care of the details - while you savor the flavor, variety, and health filled food I prepare!
Providing meals that meet the dietary needs specified by the client. Choosing meats that are organic, free range (happy animals). Eating delicious vegetarian/vegan meatless options as well! Organic produce will be purchased as much as possible: following the Dirty Dozen/Clean 15 guidelines for non-organics. Dairy/Gluten Free options, and other food allergies/preferences are considered when meals are chosen and prepped.
Seasonal meals will be provided using a variety of cooking styles: Macrobiotic, Mediterranean, Ayurvedic, Vegan, and Vegetarian preparations. Working with the client to learn additional likes/dislikes over time.
