This class is for anyone seeking to slow down and tune in - it is more gentle than the Friday class option. Props are used to ensure comfort in poses. This class is good for anyone looking to improve their health and wellness through yoga, including those who are undergoing treatment or in remission for cancer.
Live on Zoom: Fridays @ 12pm (CST)
Gentle movement, for the whole body. Weekly themes vary, and are seasonal in nature (more vigorous in spring, cooling in summer, & more calming in fall/winter). Variations will be offered to suit most body types - seated, kneeling and standing poses will be used. Moderate pace, with time for interceptive awareness and mindfulness.
