Yoga on a Paddle Board!?

We will get comfortable on the boards, learn a bit about how to paddle, and do some yoga.   Beginners are most welcome.  If your practice is more advanced and you are looking for a challenge - we can do that too!  

Yoga and Stand Up Paddle Boarding are a great compliment to each other:

  • Focus on your breath & movement in yoga allows you to feel more present and relaxed. 
  • Connection to nature - we often see eagles flying overhead, and loons calling nearby. 

Is the water your happy place?  Mine too!  We will have our session on Lake George, in Anoka County. Lake George is a very clean lake, with good visibility, and a sandy bottom.  

The best times on the lake are early morning between 6am and 9am - it is generally very calm and peaceful.  Many days of the week are open during this time frame.  If you're not a morning person - evenings, after work are great too.  Many dates and times available.  Please send me an email and we can set something up.  

I have enough boards for you and a friend.  I can rent additional boards for larger groups - at an additional cost.  Or you are welcome to bring your own board too.
