Allison Miller is a yoga, mindfulness, and wellness educator that offers accessible yoga, to help you feel better in your body. Flexibility is not required, she teaches functional movements that will help you maintain range of motion, improve balance, relax, and decrease stress. She is determined to show the world that yoga doesn’t have to be hot and sweaty to work, and that you don’t have to be a pretzel, or stand on your head to reap the benefits. Yoga is about so much more than our ability to perform difficult postures…Allison is hopeful she can help you realize the value of a slower, more mindful style of yoga. Helping you quiet the mind and connect with your inner wisdom.
Allison loves to study all things yoga - including the science behind how the practice affects the mind and body; her teaching is informed by modern science & research, as well as ancient wisdom. Allison offers weekly virtual classes & workshops, and creates wellness content out of her home office in Minnesota.

Being mom to two boys ages 8 and 11 is truly a full-time job!! My career calling is to share the practice of yoga with others. Practicing yoga for over 25 years, and meditation for 15+, I know that mindfulness practices have changed my life and my ability to be a better person, better mom, better everything! I'm excited to share this practice with you, in hopes that you will find more light and joy in each moment as well. Perfectly imperfect, I forget all of these teachings almost daily, and need to be reminded often - we all do. My hope is that we can remember together.
Loving myself more is one of the biggest things I have done to change my relationship with my family: Our ability to love others is directly related to our ability to love ourselves.
