Chair Yoga is an evidence based intervention:
45-minute Chair Yoga Sessions that will help you move the whole body: maintain range of motion, stretch, release stress, and relax!! Chair yoga is for anyone who feels like they would like to learn to modify their yoga practice by offering the support of a chair.
New to yoga!? This class is perfect for you too, no previous experience is required.
All classes will include mindfulness, yoga based exercises, breathing practices, and relaxation. Weekly themes will target specific areas of the body with gentle movement.
Weekly Topics:
Week 1 - Move the Spine
Week 2 - Move the Joints
Week 3 - Shoulders & Arms
Week 4 - Core and Balance
All classes are virtual, held via zoom.

Can’t make it live!? No worries - you can catch the replays.
Recordings will be available to all participants for one-year.
