This will be a gentle mindful movement class that will include yoga, breath work, relaxation, and a short time for meditation.
Live on Zoom: Fridays @ 10am (CST)
Gentle movement, for the whole body. Weekly themes vary, and are seasonal in nature (more vigorous in spring, cooling in summer, & more calming in fall/winter). Variations will be offered to suit most body types - seated, kneeling and standing poses will be used. Moderate pace, with time for interceptive awareness and mindfulness.
