Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 10am (CST)
Gentle movement, for the whole body. Weekly themes vary, and are seasonal in nature (more vigorous in spring, cooling in summer, & more calming in fall/winter). Variations will be offered to suit most body types - seated, kneeling and standing poses will be used. Moderate pace, with time for awareness and mindfulness.

What is accessible yoga? Yoga that is adapted to include more bodies, classes offer a variety of options for each pose to help you find a version that works for your body today. These classes will be appropriate for Yoga 4 Cancer participants, and show some Chair Yoga modifications too.
